What does IR mean to me?
IR stands for infrared, which refers to an invisible light signal that wireless devices use to communicate with each other. Cell phones use a high frequency radio signal in the microwave range. IR, on the other hand, is a smaller wavelength and is often used on audio/video devices like your TV or stereo. With Nevo, anything that "listens" to an IR signal can be controlled. You can even modify other appliances in your home, like your lights, to be controlled through IR.
